FOR CANDLE PANELLISTS WHO ARE USING IPHONES OR IPADS TO COMPLETE THE QUESTIONNAIRES
We have noticed that some people who are completing the candle questionnaires on certain Apple products (such as the iphones or an ipads) are experiencing problems where they cannot access the questionnaire for the second product. This appears to be a problem with the Safari web browser (which is the default web browser on iphones and ipads).
Safari has a different cookie setting to other web browsers and it is preventing some users from assessing their second product.
If you experience these questionnaire problems, we would recommend you use the Google Chrome web browser (or download the Google Chrome app) and copy the questionnaire link into it from the text message you have received from WSS.
Unfortunately, if you have experienced these problems whilst using Safari, you will need to complete the questionnaire for your first product again using Google Chrome. You will need to paste the questionnaire link into Google Chrome’s web address bar each time you wish to access the questionnaire.
