You should have now have completed your final cat food product. Now please complete the questionnaire that relates to your second product:

Your payment will be sent in the form of an electronic voucher sent to the e-mail address you have provided on your completed questionnaire on Monday 21st December. If you don’t receive the voucher please check the junk box in your e-mail account.

Please note: If you do not complete all of the questions on all questionnaires you will not receive payment.
