Join our Panel

Simply click the register button on the join our panel page & you will be added to our database. To ensure that we are able to contact you, please ensure you download our APP.

We run tests for a range of companies with a vast array of products being tested. People of all different ages and backgrounds are needed. All our tests have specific criteria set by our clients and you will only be contacted if you meet the criteria. The amount of times you are contacted can therefore vary. If you do not want to take part or are not able to participate, you are under no obligation to agree to attend.

Around 25 panellists attend each test. You should arrive at the centre 5 minutes before the start of the test. You will be met by one of our testing staff who will have a register of everyone expected to attend. You should give them your name and sit in one of our sensory booths. Our testing staff will give you details of what is being tested and any special instructions. You will then be brought the products and answer a variety of questions about them using our computerised questionnaire system. At the end of the session you will be given your payment.

Please be assured that your details are held securely and personal data identifying individual panellists will never be used in data analysis.

All personal data is kept in accordance with GDPR regulations and will not be passed on to third parties.

You can decide to leave the database at any time simply by logging into your APP and deleting your profile. It would be helpful if you can tell us why you no longer wish to test with us. If you would like to join again you will need to re-register.

For Wirral testing:
We are based in Bromborough Village opposite the Civic Centre / Library – Allport Lane, Bromborough, CH62 7HH. Tel 0151 346 2996. recruitment@wssintl.com. A large free car park is available behind the Co-op supermarket which is opposite our building and there is a bus stop right outside our door.

For Watford testing:
We run tests in Watford, Beechen Grove, Baptist Church, Clarendon Road, Watford, WD17 1JJ. Parking is available across the road from the church in the Harlequin Shopping Centre or Sutton Car Park at the back of the church. Tel 0151 346 2996. recruitment@wssintl.com

When we are recruiting for a new test you will be sent a notification or sometimes an SMS & the project will appear in the APP. Once you click the notification you will be asked some questions to see if you are suitable, you can then click a date and time to attend.

Whichever method we use to contact you, you will always receive a confirmation to let you know that you are booked on the test.

All notifications or text messages will come from the following :-

WSS INTL (our centralised text messaging service)

Emails will come from recruitment@wssintl.com – please add this email to your contact list to ensure they don’t go into your spam or junk folder.

We need to have a set number of consumers at each test we run otherwise the results are not statistically viable. If you can no longer attend a test, we ask that you cancel within your APP.

Panellists who fail to show up for testing 3 times within a 6 month period will be removed from the database for a period of 1 month.

Simply change your details within your APP or email us recruitment@wssintl.com and your details will be updated on our database.

You will be contacted if you are suitable for a test, please do not ring the office.

Unfortunately no children or babies are allowed to attend due to health and safety reasons, you must attend our facility on your own.
